Parent & Carer Feedback Form
We are always looking for ways to improve our school and to help us gather as many ideas as possible we have set up a very short form that you can fill in at any time with constructive feedback or questions that you would like answered.
Entries to the feedback form will be reviewed each week. For general comments and suggestions we will endeavour to include responses through our usual communication
channels and newsletters but if comments are more specific or personal we will make contact privately if you leave your name. Your views are important to us.

Parent - Teacher Communication & Meetings
At Usk Church in Wales Primary School, we believe children make the most progress when parents, carers and teachers work closely together. We will keep you informed about your child’s progress in a variety of ways throughout the school year.
We use ClassDojo to aid communication between classteachers and parents and carers. A parent, carer or child, can directly message their teacher through ClassDojo.
We invite parents to make an appointment to meet with their child’s teacher at any point during the year should they be concerned about their child’s wellbeing or progress, but have two formal parents’ evenings each academic year.

Booking an appointment for Parents’ Evening
When a Parents’ Evening is approaching, parents will usually be notified in our school newsletter and also via email a few weeks before the event. Appointments will be made online.
The booking system will usually go live two weeks before the Parents’ Evenings take place and parents will receive instructions on how to make a booking using School Cloud. Please note that you will not be able to access the booking system until it goes live two weeks prior to the parents’ evening taking place.
