Online Safety

Staying safe online is more important now with our virtual home learning than ever. Please take the time to discuss safety tips and how to stay safe while using ICT, apps, games and digital devices. In school, we call safety online - eSafety.

Below are some suggested websites, games and clips to help you discuss eSafety at home. Please select the resources using the age guide and choose the resources you think are most suitable for your child.

NSPCC: Share Aware

NSPCC short online clip - what not to share online. Ages 4-11.

  • Common Sense Media Type in the name of any computer game or app, website or movie and it will tell you what sort of content your child will be exposed to. Parents often have a hard time keeping up with what games their children enjoy playing, but this site gives you all the information you need to decide if a game/app/website is suitable or not.
  • Digi Duck Stories for being responsible online. Ages 4-7.
